The 2013 Annual General Meeting of the BC Sustainable Energy Association (BCSEA) will be held at UBC Robson Square - 800 Robson Street, Room C485, Vancouver British Columbia – on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 1:45pm. We welcome all BCSEA members and members of the general public to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
The purpose of our AGM is to present our Annual Report, invite questions and feedback from our members, and re- elect/elect members to our Board of Directors. The meeting agenda, Annual Report, and Financial Statements will be made available on the BCSEA website by October 25, 2013.
With directors, staff, volunteers and chapter leaders attending from across the province, this is a great opportunity to meet your fellow BCSEA members, get an update on our activities, and become more involved in helping to create a sustainable energy future here in British Columbia.
Those interested in attending are asked to indicate their interest by registering at bcsea2013.eventbrite.ca. Should you have any questions prior to the AGM, please do not hesitate to contact us at (604) 332-0025 or email@example.com. We look forward to seeing you.
