BCSEA Vancouver April Chapter Meeting

Chapter Meeting
Apr 7 2010 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Christine Carter from Bullfrog Power will come out to this month's Vancouver Chapter meeting to talk a little bit about her company and the future of BC's energy market.

Christine Carter will be providing an overview of Bullfrog Power and discussing green power options in BC. Bullfrog currently provides a 100% green electricity choice to everyone in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario-and now-Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. Bullfrog's electricity comes exclusively from wind and hydro facilities that have been certified as low impact by Environment Canada under its EcoLogoM program instead of from polluting sources like coal, oil, natural gas, and nuclear power generation.

The meeting is being held at our usual haunt. Please arrive by 7pm at the front doors of city hall to be let in (doors are locked after hours). Doors will be open at 6:30 for networking. There may not be someone to let you in if you're late!

Hope to see you there!

Hi there, I am a CGA looking to get involved with, and perhaps start a consulting/public practice business in, the alternative energy sector. I was wondering if there were any meetings or conferences that are coming up that I could be involved in. Better yet, is there any need for further volunteers? I will be moving to Vancouver in the next couple of weeks but am currently in Victoria. Thanks in advance for your help! Mark
