Whether you're a BCSEA Victoria chapter member, volunteer, or just curious about who we are and what we do, come join the BCSEA Victoria Chapter at 7:00pm on Monday, September 19th, at the Penny Farthing Pub (2228 Oak Bay Ave, Victoria, V8R 1G5).
Let the drinks and good conversation flow as you meet the Victoria Chapter Steering Committee, other BCSEA members and fellow renewable energy enthusiasts from across Vancouver Island. Relish this opportunity to meet likeminded individuals and discuss matters of sustainable energy, climate action and the future of energy in British Columbia with engaged and interested people from all walks of life.
To top it off, we have reserved a private room at the pub for our event and will be showing the movie Catching the Sun - a documentary about the blooming global and North American solar power industry. Stay with us afterwards to share a drink and discuss the film and enjoy good conversation in an informal environment.
You'll find that the Penny Farthing is a low key, not-too-noisy local pub, with a great selection of beer and excellent food (with vegetarian options). This event is for members and non-members alike! All are welcome, so please feel free to bring friends and loved ones. If you have any questions, please email Victoria@bcsea.org.
We look forward to seeing you there,
Your BCSEA Victoria Chapter
