Neil is the Executive Director of CleanBC Implementation at the Climate Action Secretariat. He has responsibility for the cross-government CleanBC strategy and CAS's Economics and Analytics function. His focus is to implement the actions in CleanBC and to coordinate the next phase of the CleanBC strategy. At CAS, Neil is also responsible for the Climate Change Accountability Act and work on developing the Low Carbon Industrial Strategy with the Business Council of British Columbia. Neil has a degree in Economics and Business Management, and spent time in the finance industry, sports marketing, sustainable development and with FortisBC before joining Government. Neil was also an entrepreneur for 3 years running Sow, a consultancy he founded to help organizations, big and small, becoming lower-impact and realize the business benefits of sustainability.
