Connecting Environmental Professionals

Connecting Environmental Professionals is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to promoting opportunities for networking, career development and capacity building. Members include working professionals, future professionals and students from government, business, not-for-profit organizations and associations. Connecting Environmental Professionals was launched in 2002, has more than 150 members, and is part of a network of more than 500 members with chapters in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton operating under the name Young Environmental Professionals. Green Drinks

Green Drinks is a monthly gathering of people who meet to chat, debate, socialize and connect with others who are passionate about environmental and sustainability issues. Whether you're keen on green building & design, sustainable energy, organic gardening, or something else entirely, you'll find like-minded people. There are regular Green Drinks events held in 16 cities and towns across the province of British Columbia. Find a Green Drinks event in your local community.

Vancouver Green Drinks is usually held on every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Average attendance is 80-100, with new people stopping in every time. Join the Vancouver Green Drinks listserv to make sure you stay up-to-date on changes in date and venue. You'll also be sure to receive details about the popular annual summer BBQ and winter holiday party.

Green Drinks Victoria occurs every second Tuesday of the month. Check the website for location and special events. Come and join this dynamic gathering of committed environmental enthusiasts.
