Prism Engineering is a 20-year-old Metro Vancouver-based engineering firm that specializes in energy management services. We are a team of qualified Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and Technical Specialists that can measure, analyze, identify, communicate, and implement energy efficiency projects. We have carried out over 600 energy studies and have followed through with the implementation in the many cases. Prism has developed an in house energy management software for our engineering practice which is available to clients as Software as a Service for utility monitoring.

Prism is also a leader in training others in areas of energy management. Our trainers have a genuine passion for training and have facilitated over 300 energy management workshops in a variety of sectors across Canada. We have developed, prepared, and delivered sector-specific and client-specific workshops on behalf of Natural Resources Canada’s Office of Energy Efficiency, CANMET, BC Hydro, and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Prism Engineering has received seven BC Hydro Power Smart awards since 1994 recognizing our work in energy management. Prism has also received international recognition from the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) for our comprehensive energy management project at Canadian Airlines International’s Vancouver Operations Centre.
