EGB Victoria + Natural Talent Celebration

Meet the local team of Emerging Professionals who are working on a submission, learn about their project, and help us celebrate small, green, and affordable solutions!

USGBC’s 2010 Natural Design Competition, in partnership with Salvation Army’s EnviRenew Initiative, is focused on the rebuilding effort in New Orleans. Competitors will design a LEED for Homes project that is priced affordably and is functional for elderly occupants. Up to four designs will be selected and, for the first time, the designers will see their projects built in New Orleans’ Broadmoor neighborhood.

Who we are: Emerging Green Builders Victoria is a group of new professionals, students and other interested individuals dedicated to integrating future leaders into the green building movement through active self-organization at a personal and professional level. We are an active working group of the Cascadia Green Building Council’s Vancouver Island branch. We offer access to a country-wide network of young people passionate about creating change in the built environment.
