Before the film screening, there will be a free Sustainability Fair in the lobby, running from 4:30 - 6:00 PM. Come learn about sustainable energy from local clubs and businesses before you watch the award-winning sustainable energy documentary 'FUEL'! Film passes are $5 for students, and $10 for general audience.

FUEL is showing in 7 BC communities in March 2010 ahead of general theatrical release, thanks to a partnership between Cowichan Energy Alternatives, the UVic Dogwood Initiative, and the BC Sustainable Energy association.

FUEL is a riveting film about one man's investigation into alternative energy sources to fossil fuels, with rave reviews from more than just the environmental community. I hope you can come see this fascinating and inspiring film! Check out the movie website at: http://thefuelfilm.com for more information about the film, and reviews like the one below:

"UNABASHEDLY INTIMATE"...Thanks to an informative, buoyant tone and the director's own restless intelligence, the film preaches to the unconverted with passion, energy and graphics so clear that they would make Al Gore weep all over his PowerPoint." - Jeannette Catsoulis, NEW YORK TIMES
