Financial Information

The BC Sustainable Energy Association is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit society registered in the province of British Columbia (charitable status pending).

The BCSEA relies on donations, membership fees, grants and other forms of revenue to maintain its core operations and deliver its programs. We strive to diversify our revenue sources and to keep our administration and overhead costs low.

Founded in 2004, we have grown quickly to be an efficient, effective and influential organization, advancing our mission of facilitating the transition to a sustainable energy future in British Columbia through education, research and tangible community projects.

Note: Due to a change in fiscal year end, fiscal 2009 ran only from January to the end of June, and fiscal 2009-10 runs from July 2009 to June 2010. The period from January 2009 to June 2010 is covered in the statements presented at the 2010 AGM.
