ACTION OF THE MONTH - THE
GREEN BUDGET
We all need to respond to BC Finance Minister Carole Taylor's
invitation for ideas on how to make next year's 2008 provincial
budget "The
Green Budget" with significant commitments
to the policies and expenditures that will help BC realize
its carbon-reduction and sustainable energy objectives.

The BCSEA's Kamloops Chapter
has also drafted their own submission, which you can see here
( PDF,
29kb). The Kamloops submission was based on The
Stern Review: The Economics of Climate Change ( PDF,
20kb) which may give you inspiration as you draft your own
letter.
To submit your ideas for the 2008 BC Budget:
1. Send your thoughts as a document or PDF to financecommittee@leg.bc.ca
